Considerations
Pakistan is a Muslim country. They will treat you with lots of love, respect and hospitality but please be respectful of cultural norms and understand that it is a more conservative society than the US, especially out in public.
You can apply below for an E-Visa. The cost is $60 USD for those looking for a single entry visa for 90 days. https://visa.nadra.gov.pk

Some places will be absolute luxury, some places will be a little rougher around the edges. Pakistan is not the USA, Europe, or a resort. Travelers should be prepared for a mix of everything while keeping in mind the hospitality will always be top tier.
The cities will have great wifi, once we’re in the highest and most remote mountain range in the world, the Himalayas, maybe not so much. Plan accordingly to be fully off-grid during this week.
accommodations:
wifi:
If you’re someone who gets altitude sickness, this is something to consider when going to Pakistan in terms of medication, tolerance to heights etc.
We’re not headed to the tropics. You will need to pack layers! The cities will be warm and the mountains will be cold, especially once the sun goes down so you’ll want to have winter level jackets, boots, gloves and scarves for when it gets cold but also have airy, breezy clothes for the warm days.

weather:
The food in Pakistan is absolutely delicious and we’ll do our best to make sure that whatever you eat is as easy for you to digest as possible but there is a possibility that the food will not sit well with you. Packing accordingly to make sure you have what you need in case of stomach issues is a must.
sensitive stomachs:
Though none of our hikes/ journeys need to be for advanced hikers/ climbers, there will be hikes that involve a few hours of trekking through the mountains. Please be prepared for this level of physical activity.
